Staff were friendly and very helpful. Scott, the optometrist and Amy the assistant were very professional, talked me through the results and findings and made clear recommendations.
Very pleased and satisfied with the level of service provided.

Overall the service provided was very good. Your staff were unexpectedly friendly helpful and reassuring as to my conditions. I say that because Bedfordshire, the people here are not friendly at all but at your interchange Boots branch. I, if I was a mystery shopper. Give your team in the optical department an overwhelming 10 out 10. Please convey my thanks and gratitude.
